ABOUT ME

I am a multi-lingual Events Producer, with experience in major live events, account management and client relations.

I am able to follow the entire organisational process of an event: from the initial meeting with the client, assessing their needs, writing an ad hoc and creative proposal, monitoring the enquiry and modifying the proposal according to the client expectations, to event planning, logistics and general coordination, including crew coordination and supervision, timing and budget management, general supervisor of suppliers and general coordination on the event day, through to post-event communication.

 

I can manage all pre-productions duties: scouting and hiring locations, staff employment and management, equipment hiring, working plan and event schedule planning and organisation.

During the event day I am the main point of contact, monitoring the suppliers or contractors work flow, ensuring the action plan is being followed to deliver the best standard and I also follow up the post-production and client satisfaction evaluation. I also take care of general administration: managing supplies and contractors contracts and invoices, general staff payment, budgeting and financing of the event.

 

In every event I organise and with each client I deal, I am always approaching my job with great professionalism and manners. I am a great communicator and I am a people person, I love to listen to clients and help them in organising the right event. I am very creative and I have good insight. I am very good in negotiating budget and prices. I like to work in a happy and positive environment, making sure everyone is happy and comfortable in what they are doing.
